Claiming your cash reward is simple!
After the closing of escrow your real estate agent gives you your cash reward certificate, within 7 days you
make a copy of the front and back of the certificate, complete a customer acknowledgement form and
copy it, and mail both copies via certified mail to the third party administrator. That's all it takes to begin
the process.
What happens to unclaimed cash rewards?
Primary beneficiaries of the claim fund are certificate holders (you) who make a valid claim. The
secondary beneficiaries are two nationally recognized children's charities who receive the unclaimed
